Recruiting and onboarding
BCIB’s team recruits on the ground in communities close to projects, as well as through digital campaigns that reach the whole province. We also have access to networks of workers across the country to help meet contractor requests. Interested workers can apply by hitting the purple ‘Apply Now’ button below.
Payroll
BCIB processes payroll for workers. If you’ve got questions, contractors have dedicated account representatives to help. Competitive wages are outlined in the collective agreement.
