Building the Pattullo Bridge replacement is a tall order. When finished, the bridge tower will stand 167 metres above the Fraser River! The new bridge will provide important improvements for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians—and a legacy for British Columbians and the tradespeople who built it.
My new life in Surrey is very much better from my old life. Lebanon is at war, so you can’t look forward to your future. You can dream here in Surrey. To come and work on such a big project is very good for me as someone who immigrated recently.
It’s pretty neat to be working on the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, something that’s going to change the world forever. I’ll be pretty excited to show my kids exactly what I did. My oldest son really wants to get into carpentry now too.
